This Friday October 23rd at 11 o'clock, please join me for an International Young Onset Dementia Day virtual cup of tea and chat.
It's a great chance for us to address the isolation, stigma and poor understanding that so often accompanies caring for someone with young-onset dementia. Joining us is guest speaker, Dr. Bronwyn Morkham (National Director from the Young People in Nursing Home Alliance), who will share new initiatives aimed at addressing these issues, some of which are specific for us Victorians.
